NEW SET OF BROWS (VIRGIN BROWS) $800 - $100

This service is for those who have never had any previous work done before. Please do not book this service if you’ve already had your brows previously worked on.

The process for ombré powder brows will be begin with one hour of consultation, during this time, we will find out the best suitable shape for the clients face based off of bone structure, amount of hair and symmetry of the clients face. Once a shape has been approved by the client, we will then proceed with the tattooing process. The procedure itself will take about 1.5 hours - 2 hours which includes numbing, tattooing and also aftercare instructions. Please allow approximately 3 hours for the entire appointment and do not plan anything directly after the appointment.

All additional information will be sent to your email during booking and a reminder will be sent to you 7 and 3 days before your appointment. The non refundable deposit of $100 will be applied to the total amount of the service on the appointment day, the remaining balance will be $700.

NEW SET OF BROWS (CORRECTIONS) $900 - $100

For all previous work, please send a clear photo of your bare brows via text to 657-345-5397, email or direct message @browsbyshellly on Instagram. There are some previous work that cannot be corrected so please make sure you send a photo of your brows prior to your appointment to avoid being cancelled!

If the previous work has a tint of blue, green, grey or red in it then it will require a color correction. Color correction is needed to neutralize the undertones from the previous work to brown. However if the previous does not have any tint of those colors but still has a visible set of brows that are uneven, it would be considered a cover up.

LIP BLUSH $400 - $100

Lip blush is a semi-permanent make up technique that is done by machine to enhance the natural color and shape of the lips. Depositing the pigment into the lips will allow the lips to have a fuller and more defined look. This procedure takes roughly 3 hours to complete and will need a follow up appointment booked between 6-8 weeks from the initial appointment. Lip blush lasts up to three years!

Nonrefundable deposit of $100 required to book, the remaining balance will be due on the day of appointment.

FINE LINE/TINY TATTOO - $50

Fine line/Tiny Tattoos. A deposit requirement of $100 to book this appointment. Price will increase depending on size, details and complexity of the tattoo. Please dm or text us prior to booking.

BROWS BY SHELLLY POLICY (call for appointment)

Clients may only reschedule up to (2) times and the latest to reschedule is 72 hours prior to their appointment. If the client waits until it is less than 72 hours to reschedule, the appointment will be marked as a no show/cancellation and will result in being charged full for the service. Same day cancellation will also result in 100% charge of the services that were booked for the day - no exceptions. 15 minutes grace period is allowed — anything after 15 minutes will result in a NO SHOW and client will forfeit deposit.

BROWS BY KENIA

NEW SET OF VIRGIN BROWS $500 - $50

Brows will be done by our senior artist, Kenia, at Brows by Shelly studio. This technique can be customized to a very bold look or softly filled in look depending on your personal preference. Creating a powder filled brow similar to the look of makeup.
Process will begin with finding out the best suitable shape based off bone structure, amount of hair, and face symmetry. Once shape is approved we will begin the tattooing process. Please do not plan anything directly after the appointment.

$50 deposit will be required upon booking.

NEW SET OF BROWS (CORRECTIONS) $600 - $50

Correction brows done by Kenia. Must have my approval before scheduling. *This applies to anyone with previous work by a different artist*. Send pictures of different angles of previous work. If brows are too dark or shape is off I will require removal before a correction.

$50 deposit will be required upon booking.

BROW LAMINATION & SHAPING WITH KENIA $150 - $50

Brow lamination is a perming treatment that sets the hairs in place using a chemical solution so the brow hairs can be manipulated into a new position.
(Lasts 4-6 weeks)

Brows are cleaned up by using tweezers and disposable razor.

TOUCH UPS - $150 (call for appointment)

Touch ups with Kenia varies from the last visit made at the studio. Touch up prices start at $150 and increases depending on your last visit. Please review the touch up price for Kenia below. Touch ups are only available for existing clients. If you had your brows done elsewhere, please book for a correction set.
